To get the greatest benefits from your yoga practice we recommend......


Show up on time for class.

Please refrain from smoking ot wearing excessive perfume before class.

Wear loose,comfortable clothing that allows for a free range of movement.

Plan to practice in bare feet as yoga is done without shoes.

Yoga is best practiced on a empty stomach. Eat lightly if at all before a class.

Go at your own pace, listen to your body. Yoga is a personal, non competitive, and internal experience.

We recommend that beginners try our beginning classes, stress reduction, and slow & gentle classes.

To achieve optimal results for muscle toning and endurance we recommend that you attend at least two classes a week if not more.

If you have specific health concerns or conditions, please let your teacher know so that you will get the appropriate class, poses and breathwork you need.

We provide all yoga props, blocks, straps, sandbags, bolsters, and blankets. We recommend that you purchase your own mat, as it is more hygienic. We do have mats for sale or if you prefer we have rental mats at $2.00 per class. Rental mats are cleaned after each use.
