.Yoga Class Definitions

All levels - Stretching, strengthening and balance postures with focus on body alignment. Appropiate for all people.

Flow Yoga - Develop strength and endurance by merging breath and movement with an uninterrupted flow of postures. Regular practice includes inversions, arm balances, andback bends.

Yoga with Aromatherapy - A harmonious blend of aromatherapy, meditation and Yoga. Different essential oils help make this class relaxing and restorative.

Restorative Yoga - A harmonious practice utlizing props to restore the body's energy and enhance it's healing practice.

Slow & Gentle - Conscious movement for people looking to increase their vitality and range of motion.

Therapeutic Yoga - Our most gentle class, utilzing chairs and walls for support. Recommended for individuals recovering from injury or with chronic conditions like arthritis, M.S., chronic fatigue or any physical limitation.

Unwind / All Levels -

Vinyasa Groove - Get your energy moving at this inspiring class. A creative music mix is fused with flowing yoga poses to inspire you physically, emotionally and spiritually. Develop strength with fun and bliss.

Yin Yoga - Long held poses to release deep muscle groups and the connective tissues. This class is very medititave in it's nature.

Yoga For Stress Reduction - This calming yet energizing class focuses on releasing both physical and mental tensions and discomforts from both body and the mind.

Yoga for Strength - This class emphasizes the conscious contraction of specific muscles while lengthening the opposing side. Practicing the holding of postures will challenge your body and also your mind.


Private yoga sessions are a great way to introduce yourself to the art of yoga, especially if you have special needs or concerns. Then you will know what to expect from a regular yoga class.
